Purpose Used for processing dense, glossy, non-absorbent and weakly moisture-absorbing mineral bases to create an intermediate bonding layer before applying plasters (gypsum, gypsum-lime, lime-cement, etc.), structural paints and putties during interior and exterior works. Can be used for processing ceramic tile coatings before re-facing with ceramic tiles. For interior and exterior works. Surface preparation before painting
The surface must be dry, thoroughly cleaned of loose, peeling surface layer, dust, dirt, grease. Wash heavily soiled and greasy surfaces with a 3-5% soda solution, rinse with water and dry. Treat loose and highly absorbent surface areas with Condor TM strengthening primer. Treat surfaces that are frequently wetted and prone to mold with Biotol mold inhibitor (or Biotol Spray). Treat metal surfaces with an anti-corrosion primer.
Application
Ready to use. Mix. Apply with a roller or brush in one layer at a primer, base, and air temperature of at least +5 °C. The heavier the finishing material, the greater the primer consumption. Apply finishing materials after the primer has completely dried.

Cleaning of tools
Rinse with water immediately after use. Dried primer can be cleaned mechanically.

Precautions
When working, follow general occupational hygiene rules. Keep out of reach of children. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with water. Do not pour into drains. Avoid release into the environment. The primer is non-toxic.
Disposal
Dispose of container and dried primer as household waste.
