Properties

Durable enamel for indoor wooden surfaces and primed metal parts.

Acrylate enamel.
No strong odour
Easy to use, no spatter in application
Quick-drying, which allows two coats to be applied in one day.
Provides a hard durable coating with high decorative properties.
Provides excellent levelling: creates a smooth even coating without stripes when applied with a brush.
Does not discolour to yellow or crack with time.
The painted surface can withstand frequent wet cleaning with detergents.

Maximum permissible EU VOC content for this product (subcat. d): 130g/L; maximum VOC content in the product <130g/L.

Gloss:
• gloss (approximately 70) in accordance with EN 13300,
• gloss (approximately 70) in accordance with ISO 2813.
Wash resistance:
• class 1 in accordance with EN 13 300 (ISO 11998).

Purpose

For painting new or previously painted wooden surfaces (window frames, doors, baseboards, furniture parts, other interior design components, wall boards) and primed metal parts indoors.
Can be used for painting walls and ceilings in rooms with consistently high humidity and high performance requirements.
Wooden and primed metal surfaces for outdoor use can be painted provided that they are not exposed to aggressive weather impacts (for example, if they are to be used under shelter, on the terrace or on a recessed balcony).
Not suitable for painting floors or stairs.

Types of surfaces for painting

Wooden surfaces; surfaces made of concrete, aerated concrete, gypsum board; primed wood chipboard or wood fibreboard surfaces; brick; and metal surfaces that have been finished with putty, plastered, primed or painted.

Quality standards

Surface preparation before painting

The surface to be painted must be degreased and cleaned from peeling paint, dirt and dust; it must also be dry. If the surface is very dirty or greasy, wash it with a 3–5% solution of soda, rinse with water and dry Replace old rotten or algae-damaged parts. Sandpaper the surfaces previously painted with alkyd or oil-bound paint until they are matt. Sand previously painted metal surfaces, clean them rom rust and peeling paint and treat with and anticorrosion primer. Treat new metal surfaces with anticorrosion primer before painting.

Application

Stir the paint thoroughly before application. Apply 1-2 coats with a brush, roller or spray gun at the temperature between 10°C and 20°C and relative humidity not exceeding 80%.

Care for the painted surface

The coating reaches its peak wash resistance in about 4 weeks; in the meantime, treat the surface with care until its hardness and wash resistance have reached their peak levels.
If necessary, the surface can be lightly wiped with a soft sponge or cloth approximately 48 hours after paint application.
We recommend using water and neutral or medium alkaline detergents (pH below 9) for cleaning.
Do not use organic solvents, abrasive cleansers and hard scrubbing brushes or sponges. Hard rubbing can make the surface glossy.
We recommend using Biotol E and Biotol Spray to remove mould.

Tool cleaning

Clean the tools with water after completing work

Colour	White.
Tinting	Machine tinting according to the Eskarocolor system (base А).
Consumption	6-10 m²/L each coat.
Drying time	At the temperature of +20 °C and the relative humidity of 65%, the surface is dust-dry in 1–2 hours and ready for the application of another coat in 4–5 hours. If the temperature is lower and the humidity is higher, the drying takes longer accordingly. Painted doors and windows can be shut tight in 24–48 hours after painting.

Store and transport in a tightly closed container at the temperature between +5°С and +30°С. Protect from exposure to freezing and direct sunlight.
