Surface preparation
Unpainted surfaces. Clean the surface from loose and flaking material, dirt and dust. Chalk and lime whitewash should be completely removed. Level out unevenness, cracks and potholes with acrylic putty. Surfaces that are frequently wetted and prone to mold should be treated with Biotol (or Biotol spray) before painting. Unevenly absorbing surfaces should be primed with water-dispersion primer TM Eskaro or TM Aura. In dry rooms, AURA Luxpro 3 paint can be used for applying the first layer.Пофарбовані поверхні.
Clean the surface from loose and peeling paint, dirt and dust. If necessary, degrease the surface with a 3–5% soda solution, rinse with water and dry. Level out unevenness, cracks and potholes with acrylic putty. Clean previously painted surfaces with oil paint or enamel from peeling coating, roughen with sandpaper and clean from dust. Prime unevenly absorbing surfaces with water-dispersion primer TM Eskaro or TM Aura.
Applying
Mix the paint before use. Apply with a roller, brush or spray gun (including airless method) in 1–2 layers. For high-pressure spraying, use a 0.017–0.021ʺ nozzle. If necessary, for applying the first layer (for priming), the paint can be diluted with water no more than 10% by volume. Work should be carried out at ambient and base temperatures from +5ºС to +30ºС. The second layer of paint should be applied no earlier than 2 hours after applying the first.
Using the TR base: use the TR base (colorless) paint only in tinted form (according to the Eskarocolor system). Do not dilute the tinted TR base paint. Before applying the TR base, paint the surface in 1 layer with Aura Luxpro Silkematt base A (white) paint (and for dry rooms with Aura Luxpro Helmatt base A), which is tinted in a lighter shade of the color of the finishing coating. Apply the tinted TR base paint in at least 2 layers. The number of layers depends on the color. For example, for rich red, orange, yellow, and light green colors, up to 4 layers may be required. It is not recommended to apply the TR base paint with a brush, as brush streaks may remain, which may have a darker shade after drying.
For painting large areas with tinted paint, it is recommended to use paint from one production batch. If you have tinted paint from different production batches, it is recommended to mix them in one container in advance.
Attention! The coating takes on its final color after the paint dries.
