Attention!
The coating gains its final strength 2 weeks after the application of varnish.
If coloring and greasy substances, as well as liquids containing alcohol, get onto the varnished surface, it is necessary to clean the surface immediately.
Do not use abrasive detergents, hard brushes and sponges, or solvents to clean the surface.

Appointment

For varnishing new and previously painted wooden furniture indoors. Recommended for varnishing ceilings and walls, finished with wood and other interior elements. Well suited for creativity and design solutions "hand-made". It can be used for interior decoration of mineral surfaces. Varnish is not suitable for steam rooms and floors.

Quality standards

CLASSIFICATION ACCORDING TO EN 13300.
Decoration and special properties. Type of binder: copolymer acrylic resin. Silk matte. Resistance to wet abrasion: 1 class.

Surface preparation

The surface must be cleaned of dirt, dust, old, peeling coatings, degreased, dry, durable. Wood moisture <18%. Prime new wood with Biogrund Aqua penetrating primer or Triumf varnish diluted with 15% water and after drying, sand it with sandpaper and remove dust. Previously painted with paint (varnish), as well as smooth surfaces, treat with sandpaper until dull, remove dust. Mineral surfaces with high absorbency and primer with TM AURA or TM Eskaro Aquastop penetrating primer.

Application

Mix. Do not dilute. Tinted varnish periodically mix during application. Apply in 2-3 layers at air temperature, base, varnish from +10 ºС to +30 ºС and relative humidity <80%. Recommended intermediate sanding the surface with sandpaper (grain "320"). Apply wood varnish along the wood fibers from edge to edge of the surface. The color of the surface covered with tinted varnish and the final decorative effect (including different shades on the surface) depend on: the type of wood and its absorbency, preparation and natural color of the wood, application method, number of layers applied. Applying varnish in direct sunlight, drafts and elevated temperatures can lead to coating defects.

Brush, varnish roller, sprayer.

Tool cleaning

Rinse immediately with water. Dry varnish is mechanically cleaned.

Composition

Copolymer acrylic dispersion, wax, additives, water.

Colour	White, after drying, colorless and transparent.
Tinting	According to the Eskarocolor system.
Consumption	8-14 m² / l per layer. Depends on surface preparation, appearance, porosity and hardness of wood.
Drying time	30 minutes from dust. After 3 hours, you can apply the next coat (or grind the surface) at a temperature of +20°C and relative humidity of 65%. The surface is ready for use after 24 hours. The final hardness of the coating is after 2 weeks. Prior to this, the surface should not be subjected to heavy load and intensive cleaning, and do not place sticky and hot objects on it.

Precautionary measures

When working, follow the general rules of occupational health. Work in a well-ventilated area, in work clothes, gloves. Keep out of the reach of children. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with water. The varnish is fire and explosion proof.

Disposal

Residues of dried varnish and plastic containers must be disposed of as household waste.

Warranty period of storage	2 years.

Storage conditions	Store and transport in undamaged original packaging at temperatures from +5 ºС to +35 ºC. Keep away from frost and direct sunlight.
