Appointment

Enamel 3 in 1 for exterior and interior use. It is intended for the protection of metal surfaces with the remnants of tightly adhering rust with a thickness of up to 100 microns and scale.

Types of surfaces for application.

It is used for industrial structures and equipment, agricultural machinery, railway transport, pipelines, tanks, household building structures, garages, gates, forged products, fences, gratings, garden metal furniture, etc. It can also be used for painting wooden and concrete surfaces.

Surface preparation.

Before carrying out painting work, the surface must be carefully prepared: remove old peeling paint coatings, as well as loose and peeling rust from the surface. Smooth surface must be matted with sandpaper.
The surface must be dry, free from grease stains and dust.
The moisture content of wood should not exceed 18%, and the humidity of concrete should
not exceed 4%.

Application

Before use, mix the enamel, if necessary, dilute with white spirit or solvent no more than
10% by weight of enamel. It is not permissible to dilute the enamel with other solvents or mix
the enamel with other paints and varnishes.
Apply enamel at surface, enamel and air temperature not lower than + 5 ° С and relative air
humidity not more than 70%. To create an optimal reliable protective coating, enamel is
recommended to be applied on 3 surfaces for external surfaces and 2 layers on internal
surfaces. Each subsequent layer is applied after the previous one has completely dried.

Tools cleaning

Rinse immediately with white spirit and then warm water with detergent immediately after
use. The dried enamel is cleaned mechanically.

Composition

Suspension of pigments and fillers in alkyd varnish with the addition of white spirit and
functional additives.

Colour	Ready-made colors according to the catalog.
Consumption	120-150 g/m2 for single coat application. The flow rate is affected by the type of surface, its preparation and the method of applying enamel.
Drying time	The drying time of each layer at a temperature of + 20 ° C and a relative humidity of 65% is at least 8 hours. The drying speed is affected by temperature, relative humidity and film thickness.

Precautionary measures

Harmful, if swallowed, may cause lung damage. Keep out of the reach of children. Avoid
breathing solvent vapor. Avoid contact with skin. Work in a respirator, in a well-ventilated
area.
Keep away from fire!

Disposal

Do not pour into drains, water, or soil. Dispose of closed containers with dry product
residues in organized collection points for household waste.
